NDA Syllabus & Exam Pattern 2019

NDA Exam Details

The UPSC has determined the NDA 2019 syllabus. The NDA exam is divided into two papers - mathematics and general qualifications. Its aim is to give a candidate the decision on his logical ability and general awareness. 

Mathematics paper has 300 marks, while General Ability Test has 600 points. The written test will be a total of 900 marks.

For each wrong response, 0.33 points will be deducted as negative notation in the examination. Read more NDA Exam Pattern

After clearing the written examination, the candidates will have to go through the SSB interview. There will be a total of 900 points in the interview process.

The question paper for Mathematics and Part B of General Ability Test will be available in both English and Hindi languages.

NDA General Ability Test Syllabus


General awareness and English-related skills are evaluated in Paper 2. This section was divided into two parts, such as English and common sense. The total number of exams is 600 and duration is 2.5 hours. The subject wise course is: -
